Payelle, Inc. (“Payelle,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) values your privacy. • When connecting your cards or wallets (e.g., Apple Pay, Google Pay), your credentials are processed by trusted third-party providers.

• Payelle does not store or have access to your card or bank login credentials.

• We may access transaction metadata and card program details through integrations, but we do not retain or sell raw financial account data.

1.3 Device & Usage Data

• Device identifiers, operating system, app version, IP address.

• App usage patterns (e.g., which features are used, frequency of reports viewed).

• Log files, crash reports, and diagnostic data.

1.4 Location Data

• With your consent, we collect geolocation (GPS, WiFi, Bluetooth, or merchant location) to provide optimized card recommendations.

• You can disable location in your device settings, though certain features may not function properly.

1.5 Cookies & Analytics

• We use cookies, SDKs, and analytics providers (e.g., Firebase, Mixpanel) to understand usage and improve performance.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use collected information to:

• Provide AI-driven card optimization and recommendations.

• Improve app functionality, algorithms, and user experience.

• Wallet Providers: With Apple Pay, Google Pay, or other digital wallets you connect to Payelle.

We use commercially reasonable safeguards (encryption, secure connections, limited access controls) to protect your information. However, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee the absolute security of your data.

5. Your Choices

• Location: You can disable GPS/location services in device settings.

• Marketing Communications: You may opt out of promotional emails or notifications via in-app settings or unsubscribe links.

• Data Access/Deletion: You may request to access, export, or delete your data by contacting support@payelle.ai.

• Cookies: You can manage or disable cookies in your browser/device settings.

6. Children’s Privacy

Payelle is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we learn we have collected such information, we will delete it promptly.

7. International Users

If you access Payelle outside the United States, your information may be transferred and processed in the U.S. By using the Service, you consent to such transfer.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via the App or email. Continued use after changes indicates your acceptance.
